Spring/Fall Lawn Cleanup
- Spring Cleanup - We remove those accumulated leaves, sticks and other debris that have decided your property is where they want to settle down and spend the winter.
- Spring Bed Preparation - Clean out / prune / prepare beds for the coming summer season.
- Fall Cleanup - Leaves left to over-winter on your lawn smothers the lawn and keeps water from soaking in. As leaves mat down, they form an insulating barrier that attracts insects. Removing these leaves are beneficial to your landscape.
- Fall Bed Preparation - Clean out / prune / prepare beds for the coming winter season.
Lawn Care
- Mow - Mow all turf areas with commercial grade, mulching lawn mowers. Sharp blades are installed daily.
- Edge - Edge curbs, driveway, and sidewalks.
- Line trim - Line Trim (weed-eat), around planting beds, fences, trees, etc.
- Clean-up all sidewalk, driveway, patio, and street areas.
- Alternate Mowing Direction - Alternate lawn mowing direction each week including horizontal, vertical, diagonal (left to right), and diagonal (right to left).
- Plan Mowing Routes - In order to keep our lawn service prices low, the actual lawn mowing service day will be determined by our lawn service routes.
Other Lawn Services
- Gutter Cleaning – Clean gutters minimize water overflowing and finding ways into your house.
- Mulch - Mulching improves the appearance of your landscape beds, as well as the health of your landscape.
- Core Aerating – Aeration removes small cores of soil and thatch to allow air, moisture and fertilizer to penetrate to the root zone.This allows the roots of existing grass plants to spread out and grow deeper, creating a healthier, thicker lawn.
- Over-seeding – We offer a combined program that includes both aeration and over-seeding. Over-seeding is best done in the fall when temperatures and rainfall provide ideal conditions for new seeds.

My wife Dee and I started Enhance Home + Lawn as a means to provide for our family, which allows for us to spend time together outdoors as well as providing a friendly service to others. We pride our selves in offering a dependable, yet economical service to our community. We strive to be a company that we would want to hire to work on our home. We service the immediate Affton Area and an approximate 5 radius which includes parts of Mehlville, Lemay, Lakeshire, Sappington, Crestwood, Webster Groves, Richmond Heights, Maplewood, Dog town, and St. Louis Hills, and South St. Louis.
Lawn Care Pricing
Pricing below is based on grass height at 6″ or less. If grass height is taller than 6″ and or includes debris to be cleaned prior, an extra cost will be estimated prior to starting work. **Prices reflect average cost, all properties are given a firm estimate prior to starting service.**
