My wife Dee and I started Enhance home + lawn as a means to provide for our family, which allows for us to spend time together outdoors as well as providing a friendly service to others. We pride our selves in offering a dependable, yet economical service to our community. We strive to be a company that we would want to hire to work on our home. Spring/ Fall Clean-ups
- We remove those accumulated leaves, sticks and other debris that seem to have decided your property is where they want to settle down and spend the winter. Colorful leaves on the trees are one of best aspects of falls in St. Louis. Leaves piled high in your lawn are not. Plus, if those leaves are left to over-winter on your lawn, you can be sure that you’ll have some repair work to do next year. As leaves begin to matt down over, they also start forming a good barrier that not only smothers the lawn and soil, but also keeps water from soaking in, and provides a nice insulating barrier for many insects that took up residence in the soil. Removing those leaves before they form a dense matt will be more beneficial to your landscape.

Lawn Care
- Mow all turf areas with commercial grade, mulching, lawn mowers. Sharp blades are installed daily.
- Edge curbs, driveway, and sidewalks.
- Line trim (weed-eat), around planting beds, fences, trees, etc.
- Clean-up all sidewalk, driveway, patio, and street areas.
- Alternate lawn mowing direction each week including horizontal, vertical, diagonal (left to right), and diagonal (right to left).
- In order to keep our lawn service prices low, the actual lawn mowing service day will be determined by our lawn service routes.
Other
- Gutter Cleaning – Keeping the gutter clear and flowing, help minimize water overflowing and finding ways into your house.
- Mulch – Mulching not only improves the appearance of your landscape beds, but is, when done properly, a major improvement in the overall health of your landscape.
- Core Aerating – An aeration treatment removes small cores of soil and thatch to allow air, moisture and fertilizer to penetrate down to the root zone. The cores brought to the surface contain microorganisms, which help breakdown the woody thatch tissue. This allows the roots of existing grass plants to spread out and grow deeper, creating a healthier, thicker lawn.
- Over-seeding – After an aeration treatment is an excellent time to over seed the lawn. We offer a combined program that includes both aeration and over-seeding that will improve the overall quality and look of your lawn. Over-seeding is best done in the fall when temperatures and rainfall usually provide ideal growing conditions for new seeds.

Pricing below is based on grass height at 6″ or less. If grass height is taller than 6″ and or includes debris to be cleaned prior, an extra cost will be estimated prior to starting work.
